For all your Korean recipes, I have fallen in love with youtuber: Maangchi Ingredients for fried rice: 2 cups rice, 4 cups water half onion diced 1or2 fresh garlic clove diced 1 small can of mushrooms use half bag of carrots & peas mixture(frozen or fresh) 1 small can of water chestnuts 1 package fried rice seasoning mix 2 tablespoons seaseme oil Ingredients for Korean/Thai fried chicken Use any type chicken parts-I used 8 drumsticks half cup flour half cup rice flour(did not use-couldn't find) salt, pepper, garlic powder 5-6 cups of vegetable oil(or your frying oil of choice) Fry chicken for 15 min, then remove from oil-let sit for 10 min, then fry again for 10 min for extra CRUNCH. Then drizzle/coat Seaseme sauce, and Spicy Thai Chili sauce over the chicken-SO GOOD!!
