Chief Dave Cha Cha - or how to make fried calamari and eggplant with 4 sauces Part 2 of 2

Cha Cha by Dave Fried calamari and eggplant sauce with 4 Ingredients: Dinner / Entry Ingredients: Squid or 3-4 (total - own - cut off) or 1 eggplant (dish - cut into slices) 1 cup white cornmeal ½ cup flour tablespoon garlic pepper sauce oo 1 (pellets) or 1 tablespoon basil (dried) or 2 eggs (whole) or ½ cup of milk or cup of water 1 ½ lemon or pepper ooo # 1: (lemon cream) butter flour      milk lemon juice, garlic (chopped) parsley salt pepper sauce   / or #2: (Marinara - Hot, medium or mild) salsa sauce  1 tablespoon or Dare Devil # 3: (Sriracha - Thai)  1 ½ tsp teaspoon Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce   ¼ tablespoon garlic mayonnaise 1 (granulated)    vinegar tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoons 1 1 pinch of salt pepper / or # 4: (& marinade spices)  Cha Cha by Dave Marini & seasoning sauce   honey molasses sauce
